Job Title: Parts Specialist Job Description As a Parts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our automated pumping systems by identifying necessary components, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical parts. You will provide pricing and sales quotes to both internal and external customers, purchase materials, and create RFQs and POs. Additionally, you will offer parts information and support to company technicians, independent service partners, and facility operators. Your responsibilities will also include sourcing parts, processing warranty returns, maintaining product data in the ERP system, and managing inventory levels.

Responsibilities

Identify components needed for automated pumping systems.

Provide pricing and sales quotes for internal and external customers.

Purchase materials and create RFQs and POs.

Offer parts information and support to company technicians and partners.

Source parts for various pumping systems.

Process warranty returns.

Maintain pricing and product data in the ERP system.

Maintain inventory levels.

Process Sales Orders.

Essential Skills

Experience with ERP systems.

Proficiency in purchase orders and purchasing inventory.

Ability to source new suppliers.

Experience in processing sales orders.

Capability to maintain pricing and inventory data.

Strong data entry skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge in service and buyer purchasing.

Familiarity with SAP and fulfillment processes.

Experience in parts inventory support.

Vendor-facing experience.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Mary, FL.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
