Account Executive – Outside Sales
Hall’s Culligan of Cleveland is hiring experienced, dedicated Account Executives to join our sales team. Earn an annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $110,000 and grow with the #1 water company in the industry.
What You’ll Do
Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and research potential clients, cold‑call, email, and network to build a robust pipeline.
Consultative selling: Understand client needs, present and demonstrate products, and highlight the value of our solutions.
Negotiation and closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details to reach mutually beneficial agreements; close sales and exceed targets.
Customer relationship management: Build and maintain long‑term relationships, provide exceptional service, and address inquiries promptly.
Market and competitive analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, and use insights to adapt strategies.
Product knowledge: Understand and stay current on the details of our products and services.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records with appropriate pictures.
Safety: Practice safe driver policies, keep a clean workspace, maintain confidentiality, and follow incident reporting procedures.

Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle that meets company policy.
Proof of valid vehicle registration and insurance.
Business‑to‑business sales experience required.
Ability to drive a vehicle for 6 hours per day.
Proficiency with computers and tablets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
Self‑directing activities and time management skills to ensure productivity.
Must pass criminal background and drug screening checks per company requirements.
Ability to lift up to 90 lbs on a repetitive basis.
Physical Requirements Field work involves regular travel within an assigned territory, exposure to indoor and outdoor environments, and varied weather conditions. Physical demands include lifting, carrying, moving heavy items, standing, kneeling, and bending as necessary.
