100% FTE, full-time. Day shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Hybrid schedule with onsite days located in Rockford, IL.

Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Preferred
Work Experience:
3 years of experience in Human Resources, Business or relevant experience. Preferred
3 years of independently coordinating programs that requires a high degree of customer service and attention to detail. Preferred
Experience with new employee onboarding or training. Preferred
