Join IHMVCU as a Bilingual Teller (Part-Time). This role supports members in East Moline, IL, delivering accurate financial transactions and personalized service.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional education in finance, business or related field is a plus.
Relative experience in customer support, problem solving and quality service is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Professional bilingual skills in Spanish and English are required.
Responsibilities
Actively listen to members to identify, assess, and educate on solutions.
Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing accurately and efficiently.
Respond to member inquiries regarding account operations, resolving discrepancies, balancing, and service options.
Follow all cash, dual control and daily work documentation procedures, including daily balancing.
Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $15.00–$16.00 per hour.
