in Bluffton, South Carolina. 20‑hour part‑time position processing everyday banking transactions and delivering legendary customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Execute TD’s Brand promise by consistently delivering a legendary customer experience in the store.
Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loans, and safe deposit box payments efficiently.
Cash handle procedures: cashing checks, verifying currency, balancing cash drawer, and night deposits with high accuracy.
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries using standard procedures and escalating to management when necessary.
Engage in lobby leadership by orchestrating customer flow, welcoming customers, and guiding appropriately.
Educate customers on self‑service/digital options that meet their preferences.
Advocate for the customer by conducting needs‑based conversations, offering financial & digital solutions, and referring to partners.
Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and other regulations to minimize risk.
Verify customers’ identities by following customer authentication policies & procedures.
Maintain cash drawers, vaults, and cash limits securely at all times.
Complete all required in‑classroom and online training by established due dates.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 6 months of work‑related experience preferred; or equivalent via volunteering, education, or military experience.
Ability to work scheduled hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Demonstrated customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
Detail‑oriented, able to function in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to be concise, clear, and consistent.
Physical Requirements Frequent lifting of
under 25 lbs ; occasional walking, standing, and sitting; continuous use of standard office equipment. No domestic or international travel required.
