Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Outside Sales Representative
to develop and sell service agreements to prospective commercial clients in the
Portland, Maine area . While knowledge of commercial HVAC systems is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and onboard new commercial customers.
Use a variety of prospecting techniques, such as canvassing, networking, referrals, and social media to secure meetings with potential clients.
Capture and track all sales activities within a CRM system.
Prepare and present proposals, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and activity metrics.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license.
HVAC knowledge and experience preferred, but not required.
Previous business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
