HVAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE – TAMPA MARKET
A well‑established, mid‑sized HVAC systems provider is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to cover the greater Tampa area.
This role focuses on selling into commercial facilities—including schools, hospitals, factories, and similar environments. No overnight travel is required.
Responsibilities
Sell building materials or related products into commercial/industrial markets.
Leverage HVAC sales experience to meet targets.
Build strong relationships and manage a territory independently.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + uncapped commissions. Car plan and full benefits package.
Additional compensation types: Commission.
Expected Pay Range $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Qualifications
Proven success selling building materials or related products into commercial/industrial markets.
Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to manage a territory independently.
HVAC sales experience strongly preferred.
