Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – University Park Address: 1777 South Harrison Street, Denver, CO 80210, US Compensation: $21.50 – $28.50 per hour

Job Description At Soar Autism Center, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of children on the autism spectrum. Our approach utilizes principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide essential one‑on‑one therapy and play an integral role in our mission‑driven care model.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 2‑6 in our clinic, adhering to professional high standards.

Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles.

Foster relationships with families, consistently updating them on their child’s progress.

Engage in ongoing training and development, keeping up‑to‑date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification.

Qualifications

Preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program; bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.

Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (paid training provided by Soar).

Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Reliable transportation to training location and local center; punctuality essential.

Physical ability to sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods, and move short distances to support clients.
