At Soar Autism Center we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of children on the autism spectrum. We innovate and build a better model of care for kids, relying on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based form of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. As a Behavior Technician or RBT, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based services and contributing significantly to our mission‑driven care model. Key Responsibilities

Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 2‑6 in our clinic, following professional high‑standards. Implement individualized intervention plans developed by BCBAs, ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with families, providing regular progress updates. Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with ABA advances and RBT competency. Qualifications

Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program, ideally in Child Development, Psychology or related fields. Obtain RBT certification within the first 6 weeks of employment (paid training provided). Experience working with children and a genuine enjoyment of child‑centered work. Reliable transportation to both training location and client sites; punctuality essential. Physical ability to sit, stand, shift positions frequently, lift up to 50 lbs, and remain on the floor or in a chair for extended periods. Computer and tablet literacy. Team‑oriented attitude and strong communication skills. What We Offer
