You are passionate about the “hunt” for top talent and always find yourself gravitating toward the research, sourcing and pipelining aspects of talent acquisition.
You are fully comfortable with direct networking and talent engagement via phone as well as through online platforms.
You no longer want to be bound by requisitions but instead wish to focus on building critical talent pools and developing talent communities to address the ongoing and critical needs of the organization.
You can operate effectively in an evolving model, as we are redefining our approach to talent sourcing.
You are at ease with an abundance of detail and complexity, yet mindful of the big picture and able to align your efforts within the framework of a broader talent acquisition strategy.
You can handle multiple projects and initiatives, prioritize them and execute them independently, while excelling at keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have proven and progressive Talent Pipelining/Talent Sourcing/Talent Research/Talent Acquisition experience. Preferably with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of relevant professional experience.
