Responsibilities
Coordinate all daily crew activities to maximize productivity and quality.
Good understanding of trench excavation, guidelines and safety.
Perform work safely and take action to prevent any and all unsafe actions or behaviors.
Daily coordination with team members, sub-contractors, trucking and suppliers.
Utilization of HCSS Heavy Job to track daily quantities, use of production reports and daily timecards.
Ability to communicate with project managers/estimators and engineers as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
5 years excavation and grading construction.
Valid driver’s license; a CDL is preferred.
Ability to bend, stoop, lift, push, pull and be on your feet for long periods of time.
Assure all safety procedures are followed.
Ability to work flexible shifts which include days, nights, and some weekends.
Must pass a pre employment drug screening and background check.
