Schneider is seeking a Transportation Team Leader in Winchester to oversee all inbound and outbound activities at a distribution center. The Transportation Team Leader will lead a team of logistics associates and solve customer, carrier and personnel problems that arise. Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of associates. Maintain positive relationships with on‑site customer leaders. Monitor carrier compliance. Resolve all transportation and shipping related problems and communicate resolution plans to the customer. Implement continuous improvement processes. Make employment‑related decisions. Create and maintain a high‑performance environment. Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in transportation, logistics or a related field. Two or more years of related work experience. Strong written and oral communication skills. Goal‑driven and motivated to reach desired outcomes. Ability to positively coach, lead and influence a team. Pay And Benefits
