Team Leadership

Lead and manage a crew of 2-3 tower technicians performing L&A builds Motivate and lead by example while maintaining crew morale and productivity Provide suggestions for hiring, training, employee advancement, and performance management Direct daily work assignments and coordinate crew schedules to meet project deadlines Mentor crew members in proper techniques, safety protocols, and professional development Project Management & Planning

Full understanding of Scope of Work (SOW) and ability to interpret construction drawings and site plans Plan and ensure crew has all necessary materials, supplies, and equipment for successful project completion Schedule work assignments and manage work hours for assigned crew members Coordinate with upper management on material requirements, equipment needs, and project timelines Control project budgets and manage resource allocation efficiently Technical Expertise & Quality Control

Advanced Technical Skills

Understanding of T‑Mobile and Verizon specification standards, including TMO construction requirements, cable marking protocols, and structural specifications Demonstrate proficiency with TalonView software platform for asset inspection, collaborative project management, and a comprehensive understanding of photo documentation standards. Execute advanced rigging operations with mechanical advantage systems, synthetic rope expertise, and OSHA‑compliant lifting procedures specific to cellular towers. Read, interpret, and build according to design site plans, RFDs, and construction layouts Perform quality inspections of entire installations and troubleshoot technical issues Safety & Compliance Leadership

Safety Management

Ensure the safety and security of crew members and company assets at all job sites Conduct site safety checks and enforce OSHA regulations and company‑specific safety policies Report possible hazards and safety concerns to management immediately Lead safety meetings and ensure adherence to all safety procedures and requirements Maintain an organized and safe work environment with proper housekeeping standards Required Qualifications

Experience & Leadership

Minimum 3-5 years tower climbing experience with demonstrated competency in climbing gear and PPE usage Previous crew leadership experience managing 2-3 team members in telecommunications construction Proven track record in T‑Mobile with an understanding of carrier specifications Certifications & Technical Skills

Valid NWSA certifications (Tech I minimum, higher levels preferred) Advanced rigging certification with mechanical advantage systems training Working knowledge of TalonView software, including photo documentation standards and digital asset management Competent Person certification for rigging and climbing Physical & Professional Requirements

Ability to lift/carry 70 pounds and work at various heights regularly Full body mobility: climbing, twisting, turning for extended periods Work in ALL weather conditions for extended periods throughout the year Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and ability to pass DOT physical Pass criminal background check and pre‑employment/random drug screening Strong communication skills and professional attitude toward coworkers, the public, and management Willingness to travel frequently and work nights/weekends when necessary Work Environment
