Project Executive – Ryan Companies US, Inc.
Ryan Companies US, Inc. invites you to apply for the Project Executive role on our National Mission Critical team.
Eligibility Position requires verification of employment to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
Ensure team members understand what is expected of them and hold them accountable for performance, provide regular feedback and have development conversations, delegate appropriate tasks and provide timely and meaningful recognition.
Consistently achieve customer satisfaction goals and become Trusted Advisor.
Make effective and convincing formal sales presentations to prospective customers.
Effectively negotiate business and legal provisions of construction contracts.
Supervise team of Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators, as required, depending on assigned project(s).
Oversee design development, budget preparation and development of project schedules.
Oversee procurement including preparing bid documents, negotiating and awarding subcontracts.
Participate or lead owner/client presentations, negotiations, and team meetings.
Achieve team financial and risk management goals.
Assure the team’s accounts receivables are managed effectively and collected promptly.
Assure project closeout duties are completed per Ryan standards and in a timely manner.
Assures the team’s warranty issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with market sector leads to balance workload, responsibility, and integration between sector and region talent.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management and at least 15+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (mission critical or industrial experience preferred).
Proven track record managing Project Management teams successfully.
Ability to recognize, select and hire top talent at the appropriate time & develop talent to all levels within construction operations.
Willing to travel for projects as needed.

Proven ability to manage teams successfully and profitably.
Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, estimating, scheduling, cost control, material pricing and design management.
Large‑scale data center project experience.
