Position Summary The Store Support Coordinator provides day‑to‑day support to stores regarding distribution center operations. The role ensures that all store replenishment orders are processed efficiently, and store teams receive timely updates on inventory, shipments, and product availability. The coordinator serves as a key point of contact for resolving issues between the store and distribution center, ensuring that all systems and processes are aligned to optimize store stock levels, delivery schedules, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between the distribution center and store operations, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of issues related to orders, deliveries, and stock availability.

Coordinate and track store replenishment orders, ensuring that all deliveries are accurate, on time, and meet store needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve any inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, or system issues affecting store operations.

Maintain accurate records of store support activities and ensure proper documentation of all issues, solutions, and follow‑up actions.

Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., order accuracy, delivery timelines) and work closely with distribution center teams to ensure continuous improvement.

Provide support during peak seasons and promotional periods by coordinating expedited orders and ensuring inventory is readily available.

Assist stores with operational queries, providing real‑time updates and solutions on inventory levels, product availability, and delivery status.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., inventory management, logistics, and IT) to address any ongoing system or process challenges.

Ensure that all systems related to inventory tracking and store support are properly maintained and updated.

Working Relationships Close collaboration with the Distribution Center Operations team, Store Operations, Inventory Management, IT, and other supply chain departments.

Requirements Minimum Education High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred).

Preferred Education Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.

Minimum Experience

2+ years of experience in supply chain operations, retail, or distribution center support, with a focus on inventory management or order fulfillment.

Experience using supply chain management systems or order management platforms (WMS, ERP).

Strong working knowledge of inventory control, replenishment processes, and distribution center workflows.

Preferred Experience

3+ years of experience in a distribution center, retail logistics, or operations coordination role.

Experience with advanced supply chain or warehouse management systems.

Familiarity with retail‑specific replenishment systems, POS integration, and store operational needs.

Previous experience supporting multi‑site retail environments.

Soft Skills / Competencies

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong presentation skills.

Ability to foster teamwork and build collaborative relationships.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Licenses / Certifications None specified.

Travel No travel required.

Hours & Conditions Monday – Friday, 8+ hour days in office and distribution center settings, may be able to work 1 day from home with approval. Exposure to noise, dust, grease, chemicals and temperature fluctuations.

Physical Requirements Minimal physical effort required; sitting/standing at computer for long periods of time. Ability to maneuver and lift up to 10 lbs.

Compensation Consistent with Massachusetts Pay Transparency Law, we’re sharing the base salary range for this position. Final pay within this range will be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
