Guest Service Agent – Hilton Garden Inn, St. Petersburg Beach, FL This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Agent located in St. Petersburg Beach, FL. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, handling reservations and inquiries, addressing guest concerns promptly, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also includes collaborating with different departments to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction and maintaining a welcoming and professional front‑desk environment.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
