What you will do:
Assist under the direction of a nurse with vital sign monitoring, height, weight, and I&O tracking
Respond to patients' needs promptly and anticipate the needs of the surgeon during surgical interventions
Set up facilities for vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and other obstetrical surgeries as instructed
Assist patients during recovery from vaginal delivery or cesarean section under RN supervision
Record and document all clinical data accurately and completely
What we are looking for:
Graduate of an Operating Room Technicians/Surgical Technicians program or practical nursing school
If graduate of practical nursing school: current license in good standing to practice as a practical nurse in Ohio
Effective communication skills
BLS healthcare provider training required
Basic computer/technology skills required
Knowledge of regulatory standards
Seniority Level Entry level
