Operations Specialist – Advisor Support We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist – Advisor Support to join our financial advisory team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, supporting advisors with meeting preparation, trading assistance, and client follow-up. Key Responsibilities
Prepare client meeting materials, reports, and visual aids.
Update and maintain client data in CRM systems.
Assist with trade execution, account rebalancing, and cash management.
Monitor accounts for drift, excess cash, and trading opportunities.
Manage post-meeting follow-up and ensure timely completion of action items.
Support compliance and operational processes to maintain regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
High degree of integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of experience in financial services, operations, or trading.
Familiarity with financial planning concepts preferred.
Series 7 and 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain) a plus.
Life and Health license (or willingness to obtain) a plus.
