In this role, you will support the testing, pilot, and full scale launch of a product initiatives for worldwide ReLo Operations. You will collaborate with product managers, software developers, program managers and operational partners to establish and execute pilot and launch plans, building and executing new standard operating procedures, and helping to manage the product feature backlog. This is an exciting opportunity to create and champion novel best practices, identify improvement opportunities, suggest strategies, and delight customers.

Key Job Responsibilities

Work closely with tech teams to support user acceptance testing (UAT) pre-launch

Work closely with program management and operations teams to create test and launch plans

Own stakeholder communication for pilot and launch status and metrics

Problem-solve tool/user issues

Manage stakeholder feature intake

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, or experience in an industry role

Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL

Experience in ownership of projects and communicating timelines and executing independently

Experience analyzing data metrics

Experience in problem solving and delivering results

Preferred Qualifications

Experience communicating technical details verbally and in writing

Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level

Prior experience in a business or operations role

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $32,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $68,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
