Bilingual (Korean) Logistics Operations – Senior Staff Base pay range:

$26.00/hr - $28.57/hr

We are hiring a

Senior Logistics Operations Staff

member to support high-volume import and global logistics operations for a well-established international organization. This role is ideal for professionals with hands‑on experience in import/export logistics, customs compliance, carrier coordination and SOP management, who can operate with urgency and precision in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

Import logistics & global transportation operations

Customs compliance & regulatory adherence

Ocean, air, and trucking freight pricing & negotiations

Carrier, vendor, and 3PL management

KPI tracking, performance analysis & reporting

Issue resolution across shipments and transportation

Cross‑functional stakeholder coordination

Qualifications

3+ years of logistics operations (import/export, trucking, global logistics)

Freight forwarding or ocean/air carrier experience (preferred)

Strong knowledge of customs compliance & SOPs

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

WMS experience (nice to have)

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities

Ability to perform under pressure with a strong sense of urgency
