Summary The

Manager of Advancement Data & Analytics

ensures the strategic use of “clean”, well-managed data to strengthen RMHCCF’s fundraising efforts. This role oversees the prospect management program, guaranteeing accurate data input, integrity, and compliance while prioritizing prospects and tracking their movement through the donor pipeline. The Manager also leads the development and implementation of analytical tools, dashboards, predictive models, and trend analyses to inform engagement strategies and optimize fundraising performance. Additionally, this position manages information systems to support efficient data flow and reporting across the organization.

Reporting to the Director of Advancement and Engagement, this role is critical to creating a forward-thinking, analytics-driven approach that maximizes RMHCCF’s fundraising potential.

Essential Job Functions Database & Reporting (70%)

Ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and compliance within CRM systems and prospect management processes.

Lead, create, and develop prospect portfolios, quarterly reviews, and provide actionable insights to gift officers for effective donor engagement.

Design and maintain reporting systems that track fundraising progress and identify opportunities for growth.

Analyze donor and prospect data to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and guide strategic decisions.

Collaborate with the Advancement team, Marketing, and CP&P Teams to align data-driven strategies across the organization.

Ensure data integrity and compliance within prospect management and Advancement processes and CRM systems.

Train and support staff in best practices for prospect management and data utilization.

Donor & Partner Relationship Management (10%)

Manage, collaborate, and grow RMHCCF’s Adopt-A-Room program, including prospect identification, solicitation, renewals, and stewardship of Adopt-A-Room donors.

Coordinate Adopt-A-Room donor recognition, including plaques, messaging, and in-room notes of encouragement or gifts, in collaboration with Marketing and House Operations.

Track Adopt-A-Room commitments, revenue, renewals, and recognition deliverables within the CRM system to ensure excellent donor experience.

Support existing relationships with creative engagement ideas, annual renewals, and partnership activations.

Identify and cultivate new prospects, including individuals, companies, and civic organizations through research, outreach, and networking.

Collaborate and conduct donor and partner meetings to present RMHCCF’s mission, funding priorities, and opportunities for impact.

Ensure timely documentation of donor touchpoints, proposals, and commitments within the CRM system.

Collaborate with the Development and Marketing teams to execute stewardship plans, impact reports, and recognition opportunities.

Proposal & Campaign Development (10%)

Partner with the CDMO, Marketing Director, and Director of Advancement & Engagement to prepare customized proposals and presentations for prospective and renewing donors.

Contribute to annual fundraising campaigns, sponsorship packages, and special initiatives such as Giving Tuesday and year-end appeals.

Collaborate across departments to align funding opportunities with program needs and strategic priorities.

Team Collaboration & Internal Engagement (10%)

Participate in Development team meetings and organization-wide initiatives.

Contribute to planning and execution of events and volunteer engagement opportunities that connect donors to our mission.

Support implementation of new systems and procedures to enhance donor experience and operational efficiency.

Ancillary Job Functions

Will be asked to support community fundraising events and RMHCCF special events at off-site locations.

Education and Experience – An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, sales, or nonprofit engagement.

Proven success in managing donor relationships and meeting fundraising or sales goals.

Experience with CRM systems; knowledge of Raiser’s Edge NXT, Salesforce or similar platforms preferred.

Familiarity with direct mail, annual giving campaigns, or corporate sponsorships a plus.

Valid Florida driver’s license and operable vehicle.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrated proficiency in using Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge NXT or similar CRM systems in a non-profit setting.

Experience with database tools such as SQL Server Management Studio or comparable Platforms preferred.

Working knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Excel (advanced functions), Power BI, and Visual Studio preferred.

Knowledge of data governance practices, predictive analytics, and performance metrics in advancement.

An ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality, timely results.

Demonstrated attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

An ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively across team.
