Position Summary
What you'll do—Be a Team Member, Expert, Techie, Owner, and Talent Ambassador, while complying with company policies and completing work assignments efficiently.
What you'll do
Be a Team Member:
Maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross‑functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with teammates and remains flexible to the business needs, working in other areas as required.
Be an Expert:
Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution.
Be a Techie:
Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilizes hand‑held technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
Be an Owner:
Drives the performance of the area; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, handling payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues and concerns.
Be a Talent Ambassador:
Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences, and inspires others to work respectfully, supportively, and team‑oriented; understands roadblocks and assists in training members.
Minimum Qualifications
Complete all required training and assessments within the specified time period.
Preferred Qualifications
Food Safety Certification.
Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
