What you'll do: Work in prepared food, collaborating with teams, preparing food, leveraging digital tools, driving performance, supporting members, and acting as a brand advocate while complying with company policies. Responsibilities

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and is flexible to meet business needs in other areas. Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; and demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie:
Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner:
Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by identifying needs; assists purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador:
Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences, and inspires others for respectful, supportive, team‑oriented work; understands roadblocks and aids training. Compliance:
