About the client Office located in Springfield, MA Projects located throughout Western MA, CT, and up the US Coastal Line 65+ Employees Specialize in Ground Up Federal Construction projects from $500k - $60M
Description Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with federal and government requirements. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives. Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards. Prepare detailed project reports and maintain accurate documentation. Identify and mitigate project risks effectively. Lead project meetings to communicate progress and address challenges. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.
