Base Pay Range $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities
Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Performing repairs and routine maintenance on lift stations and industrial machinery, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments
Documenting maintenance activities and reporting any significant findings or issues
Assisting with the installation of new machinery and equipment
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean, organized work environment
Reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Collaborating with other team members to improve equipment performance and reliability
Requirements
5 years of proven work experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician
Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Good communication and teamwork skills
High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or associate degree in a technical field is a plus
