Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a

Senior Program Management Specialist

to join our Chinook Product Support – Maintenance & Overhaul team.

Position Responsibilities

Leads development of the program architecture and top‑level plans.

Develops program organizational, work structures, top‑level program and execution plans.

Identifies key program‑level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers.

Facilitates the resolution of program issues.

Supports the program manager in leading program execution by coordinating program metrics.

Integrates the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices.

Implements customer and program communication and contact plans.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience developing and supporting project plans through the full project life cycle.

Experience in rotorcraft sustainment requirements, reliability and maintainability, Army technical orders, or Army maintenance operations.

5+ years of experience supporting Army programs.

5+ years of experience managing programs.

Experience interfacing with, motivating and holding accountable cross‑functional project teams and customers.

Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in senior leadership briefings.

Experience in a role that requires business acumen and proven ability to deal with ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.

Earned Value Management experience.

Experience with U.S. Government proposals and acquisitions.

Experience working with and/or managing contractors, subcontractors or suppliers.

Experience managing manufacturing operations.

Experience with supply chain management.

Relocation This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.

Pay & Benefits Summary pay range: $157,250 – $227,700. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Eligible employees may enroll in a variety of benefit programs, including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid or unpaid time away from work.
