Partnerships Lead, Americas: NYC Based As Partnerships Lead, you will need to be a builder, working closely with the team to expand relationships with Americas-based clients and grow the New York office. You will be a natural leader and self‑starter who enjoys identifying, establishing, and developing new partnerships with the sharpest insights and marketing professionals in the region.

You will be working closely with our Americas Leadership, our multi‑disciplinary team (data‑scientists, product developers, strategists and creatives) in Singapore as well as our teams in North America and Europe to grow our offer in the Americas.

Alongside our team is our technology IP that drives our insight and foresight. You will be working closely with our data and proprietary AI‑enabled platforms to generate hypotheses before crafting the data into human‑led and data‑backed brand strategies.

Day-to-day, the role will be anchored in growing new long‑term client partnerships and establishing Synthesis at the heart of leading‑edge Americas businesses (70%) as well as project delivery (30%). You will ensure we stand out from the competition by demonstrating our differentiation and strength in making sense of the world’s data to guide business direction.

Your Core Focus

Business development:

Identifying, establishing and growing client partnerships; maintaining outreach, writing proposals, pitching, designing approaches for new and existing clients, and brainstorming cross‑sell ideas.

Commercial data‑driven storytelling:

Crafting persuasive, memorable data‑driven narratives and insights for proposals and delivery; reframing client problem statements to identify appropriate investigative routes; communicating findings in clear, compelling narratives to influence senior stakeholders.

Trusted advisor:

Deeply understanding client businesses, supporting them meaningfully, running projects end-to-end, and anticipating future insights, foresight and innovation that inspire their business.

About You You’ll have 8+ years of experience spanning both sales and delivery, in research, innovation, trends and foresight, strategy and planning, management consultancy, or a related role. Foresight experience and F&B client‑side experience are distinct advantages.

Experience working with Marketing, Innovation & Business Strategy teams for leading F&B brands; presence, clarity, confidence in senior stakeholder conversations; deep listening.

Strategic thinker, meticulous executor.

Leveraging sharp consumer insights to create provocative points of view; shaping briefs; leading research proposals and projects; managing multiple workstreams.

Multidisciplinary and global team player.

Bringing the right team together; supporting junior strategists through coaching and feedback; experience with Data Scientists, Statisticians or Engineers.

About Working Here

The starting salary for this position is US$ $110,000.00, commensurate with experience.

20 days paid vacation per annum + public holidays + whole company wellness week between Christmas and New Year.

12 weeks paid maternity leave or 4 weeks paid paternity leave.

The office is based in a studio, within a lively co‑working hub, overlooking McCarren Park in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The role will require a minimum of three days a week in the office, regular domestic travel, and occasional international travel.
