Pay Range: $16.54 per hour
Bonus: $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus (Paid half at 6‑months and 12‑months)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
What You’ll Do
Follow a set sanitation schedule and provide general janitorial services for the logistics center.
Safely operate equipment and assist with maintenance tasks.
Monitor inventory and alert the team when supplies need replenishing.
Follow directions, complete tasks on time, and support the team wherever needed.
What We’re Looking For
Handy skills – operate basic tools and equipment safely.
Physical readiness – comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and working at heights up to 25 feet.
Detail‑oriented – follow instructions and complete paperwork accurately.
Safety first – knowledge of handling chemicals per OSHA guidelines.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: at least 6 months of general work experience (warehouse or logistics experience is a plus).
Skills: follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail.
Physical stamina – able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8‑hour shift.
Team spirit – positive attitude and ability to collaborate respectfully with leads and supervisors.
Physical Requirements & Environment
Standing and walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
Lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 50 pounds.
Working in a noisy warehouse environment where safety is the #1 priority.
