Senior Business Analyst, Enterprise Program Management Office Senior Business Analyst in the ePMO will lead cross‑functional initiatives and own analytics across the enterprise portfolio. The role requires minimal guidance, senior stakeholder influence, and a consulting background.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise programs; deliver portfolio reporting cadence and outcomes.

Architect and maintain executive‑ready dashboards and reports (Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheet) with rigorous data quality and governance.

Identify, pilot, and scale AI/automation solutions to improve project workflows and operational efficiency.

Analyze portfolio and program data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities; present recommendations directly to all stakeholders.

Facilitate requirements and cross‑functional alignment; manage dependencies, risks, and change impacts across teams.

Establish standards, templates, and best practices for status reporting, RAID logs, and decision tracking; mentor junior analysts.

Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Engineering to align priorities and define KPIs/OKRs tied to business outcomes.

Prepare SteerCo materials, executive briefings, and narrative communications that drive clarity and decisive action.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or management consulting, ideally at a top consulting firm within enterprise technology or SaaS.

Experience in a high‑performing analytics or PMO environment preferred.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics/visualization tools with experience preparing executive‑ready deliverables.

Familiarity with project/portfolio management software (Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project).

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process improvement skills leveraging consulting frameworks and enterprise tech best practices.

Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and implement AI‑driven solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, or a related discipline.

Pay Range $121,040.00 – $151,300.00
