Role Overview:
You will drive people strategies, talent development, change management, and organizational efficiency. Your role is key in shaping an exceptional employee experience and ensuring operational excellence within HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals. Guide management on workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment and resolving workplace issues confidentially and impartially.
- Budget Management: Manage team budget, optimize costs, and lead organizational redesign decisions.
- Performance Management: Drive performance review processes, including quarterly development discussions and training managers in goal setting and feedback.
- Drive Culture: Promote Kraft Heinz Culture and Values through initiatives like MBOs, Continuous Improvement, and ensuring meritocracy.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years HR experience in Employee Relations, Staffing, Talent Management, Change Management, and Performance Management.
- Strong business acumen, leadership, and ability to influence strategic priorities.
- Broad HR skills across diverse populations with experience in organizational change and simplification.
- Future-oriented thinking, market trend awareness, and outside-in perspective.

Compensation:
Base Salary Range: $118,400 - $148,000
Performance-based bonus eligibility as per plan terms.
