Job Description
Francis Parker School is seeking a Middle School Head Swim Coach responsible for supervising and coordinating practices for the middle school developmental swim team.
Requirements
- Previous successful coaching experience preferred
- Knowledge of and ability to implement effective coaching techniques suitable for middle school student-athletes
- Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude
- CPR and First-Aid Certified (or willingness to obtain certification upon hire)
Coaching Term
Fall: 9/2/25 - 11/21/25
Availability
Flexible schedule required; practices occur during a rotated physical education block.
Salary and Benefits
Part-time seasonal position paying $17.75/hr; benefits are not included.
