to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Present and Sell New and Used vehicles. Respond promptly to online inquiries and engage customers through various digital channels. Qualify and nurture leads to generate appointments. Provide accurate product information and address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Follow up with potential customers to maintain interest and drive sales. Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service orientation. Proficiency in using computers and digital tools. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
