Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a highly motivated sales team Set and achieve aggressive sales goals and objectives Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement Implement effective sales strategies and tactics to increase market share Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock rotation Negotiate deals with customers to maximize profitability Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns promptly Foster a positive and supportive work environment Qualifications: Proven track record of success in automotive sales management Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes and best practices Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using dealership management systems Valid driver's license
