We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused
Front Office Manager
to lead our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily activities, manage front office staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Compensation:
$18 - $20 hourly Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate a multidisciplinary hotel team, including hiring and training. Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures. Monitor room availability, rates, and reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue. Maintain accurate records for billing, room assignments, and guest preferences. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to deliver seamless guest experiences. Implement and oversee front office procedures and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar hospitality management role. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in hotel management software Opera/Merlin. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
