Location: Chicago, IL Introduction We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support the development and delivery of critical business reports for external partners. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SQL and Python, along with experience in AWS. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work under high-pressure situations and meet strict deadlines due to contractual obligations. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis.
- 8/10 mastery in SQL, specifically PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redshift, and BigQuery.
- 6/10 mastery in AWS, specifically S3.
- Strong Python skills for data processing and automation.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, for reporting solutions.
- Prior experience working with banking clients is highly preferred.
- Experience with additional data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms.
- Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and maintain highly critical reports used for daily and monthly business operations.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting with minimal margin for error.
- Work extensively with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Use Python for report generation and automation.
- Develop data visualizations to support reporting needs.
- Handle urgent requests from external partners and ensure quick turnaround on metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for continuous improvement of reporting solutions.
