Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Mclean, VA Introduction Join a dynamic team within the Risk Management organization, focusing on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). This role involves supporting the data, reporting, and automation needs of an internal risk platform used by over 10,000 associates. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data modeling and querying
- Proficiency in Python for automation, scheduling, ETL, and scripting
- Experience with Databricks and PySpark or notebook-based data transformations
- Experience in creating dashboards and reports using Tableau and QuickSight
- Familiarity with GitHub for code repositories and version control
- Experience within Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or risk data environments
- Solid understanding of structured and semi-structured data
- Ability to work independently, ask insightful questions, and engage with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly
- Collaborate with GRC partners to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions
- Develop, enhance, and maintain analytical datasets using Snowflake and Databricks
- Support ETL, automation, and data transformation pipelines using Python and SQL
- Build and optimize visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and QuickSight
- Manage versioning and code collaboration via GitHub
- Support and maintain curated tables and dashboards for enterprise-wide risk reporting
- Troubleshoot data quality issues and ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
