Waco Work Tools Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift
Join Caterpillar as a Warehouse Associate at our Waco Work Tools Facility (2100 Orchard Lane, Waco, TX 76705). This 2nd shift (Monday – Friday 2:00 pm–10:30 pm) offers $19.05 / hr plus a $1.50 shift premium, overtime, and weekly pay. The position is full‑time.

Shift & Hours
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
Pay: $19.05 / hr + $1.50 shift premium; overtime as required.
Responsibilities
Utilize and inspect heavy equipment (sit‑down forklift, pallet jack, overhead hoists).
Perform material‑handling and warehousing tasks: receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
Operate handheld scanner for receiving, counting, and order processing.
Operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit‑down forklifts, and overhead hoists as required.
Report defects and repair needs.
Use pneumatic or power tools to build wooden shipping containers.
Apply paint and rust‑prevention treatments.
Perform housekeeping duties as needed.
Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management.
Qualifications
Safety mindset: consistent use of required PPE and safety procedures.
Team mentality: reliable attendance, time management, adaptability, and collaboration.
Thoroughness: accurate quality checks, following verbal and written instructions, basic math skills.
Experience: at least 12 months of employment or volunteer experience; experience with order pickers, reach trucks, sit‑down forklifts, and overhead hoists.
Agility: repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs, walk ~10–12 mi per day, sit, stand, squat, and bend consistently during the shift.

Starting wage: $19.05 / hr (paid weekly); overtime at 1.5 × pay rate.
