Position Overview Best Friends Veterinary Center is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to become the next member of our incredible team. As the face of the hospital, our CSRs greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Schedule and manage the flow of appointments.

Provide empathetic customer service while multi‑tasking between a multi‑line phone system and in‑person clients.

Process financial transactions.

Answer inquiries and provide essential information about the services we provide.

Ideal Candidate Background in fast‑paced customer service, friendly and outgoing, detail‑oriented, excellent at multi‑tasking, and committed to contributing to a team‑focused environment.

Full‑time position with a flexible schedule and availability needed Monday to Saturday (2–3 shifts per month, 8 a.m.–2 p.m.).

Compensation: $17–$18 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

1+ years of client service experience.

Previous veterinary experience (required).

Our staff is passionate about veterinary medicine, has a long‑term commitment to the field, and takes a Fear Free approach to patient care. We have a talented DVM team that offers a wide range of services, from general soft tissue surgery and dentistry to breed‑specific DNA testing, acupuncture, and canine rehabilitation. We also work with a mobile surgeon for orthopedic services and do not perform any cosmetic surgeries, such as ear cropping and declaws. Our facility includes 6 exam rooms, 2 dental wet tables, digital radiology, ultrasound, a therapy laser, an underwater treadmill, and more, and we emphasize wellness plans to our clients to ensure their pets receive the best care possible throughout their lives.
