Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA – HomeWell Care Services, Rock Hill We’re looking for dedicated and experienced Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs who thrive in providing hands‑on care and can commit to 2–12 hour shifts between 7 am–7 pm. This position is best suited for those with consistent, dependable availability and who can commit to these hours without outside obligations that could impact patient care.

Serving: Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Lake Wylie, and Tega Cay

Due to the sensitive nature of in‑home care, applicants with felony or relevant misdemeanor convictions cannot be considered.

Responsibilities And Qualifications

Provide compassionate, personalized in‑home care.

Proven experience with toileting, incontinent care, bathing, dressing, and other ADLs.

Monitor client health to reduce hospital re‑admissions.

Build trust with clients and their families.

Accurately complete care tasks and documentation.

Follow individualized care plans with professionalism.

Must be comfortable working overnight or full‑day shifts.

Qualifications & Skills

Must pass a South Carolina SLED background check.

Minimum of 6 months experience with seniors or chronically ill individuals.

CNA/HHA/PCA certification preferred.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Reliable, compassionate, and punctual.

Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (if transporting clients).

Experience with WellSky is a plus.

Must pass a 10‑panel drug screen.
