Goodwill Southern California is looking for a compassionate
Part‑Time Job Coach
who is dedicated to helping individuals with developmental disabilities succeed at work. You will provide one‑on‑one training, encourage professional growth, and support inclusion across diverse workplace settings.
What You’ll Do
Coach participants in learning and mastering job duties.
Provide feedback, encouragement, and real‑time skill development.
Serve as a liaison between the participant and employer.
Track and document progress to ensure compliance with program goals.
Promote independence and self‑sufficiency for each participant.
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment.
Excellent communication and observation skills.
Strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and workplace safety.
