The property offers 248 rooms, 28,000 square feet of meeting space, and a vibrant setting overlooking Southlake Town Square. Team Member Experience

Job Summary Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms per company procedures, ensuring a level that meets or exceeds company standards.
Essential Job Functions
Stock housekeeping bag with necessary cleaning supplies and amenities.
Observe knocking procedures upon entering a guest room.
Clean assigned guest rooms, stock amenities, and complete housekeeping checklist.
Mark rooms cleaned for inspection.
Report damages or hazards in guest rooms.
Secure guest room doors upon exiting the room.
Maintain neat corridors and service area.
Turn in lost and found items and guest room keys.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Follow safety, security, and fire prevention procedures.
Utilize protective equipment.
Report unsafe conditions and accidents to management.
Maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
Perform related duties as requested.
Assist other housekeeping personnel when needed.
Qualifications
Ability to bend and reach to dust, clean, and make beds and bathrooms.
Stand and walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods.
Communicate with diverse guests to provide required services.
Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and guest belongings left behind.
Use written communication skills to mark completed rooms on daily paperwork.
Move fingers, arms, and hands quickly to perform cleaning duties.
Lifting fifty (50) pounds maximum.
