Responsibilities • Salesforce Development: • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions. • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products. • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other state systems using APIs, web services, and middleware. • Implement and manage Salesforce security and access controls. • Understand Salesforce administration. • Technical Leadership: • Provide technical guidance and training to developers with less experience. • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. • Ensure the state's medical cannabis software system meets required security standards. • System Maintenance and Optimization: • Perform regular system maintenance, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. • Document technical designs, code, and configurations. • Work within an agile development environment. Qualifications • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development. • Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform. • Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization. • Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns. • Knowledge of Salesforce security and access controls. • Experience with agile development methodologies. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I or II are highly desirable. • Experience with Salesforce Administration. • Preference given for candidates with Power BI, JIRA, Omniscripts/Vlocity, Mulesoft, or Github (code repository tool).
