Salesforce Developer Are you a skilled Salesforce Developer passionate about building impactful, user-focused solutions? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced developer to support a large, public-facing Salesforce platform that serves a diverse user base and supports critical registration and workflow processes. This Salesforce-based system supports over 100,000 users and plays a key role in managing registrations, user access, and operational workflows. In this role, you'll contribute to system enhancements, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization while helping ensure the platform remains secure, scalable, and reliable. You will also mentor and support internal team members as they grow their Salesforce development skills, helping to strengthen overall technical capability and best practices. We're looking for someone who can balance hands-on development with system oversight, business analysis, and continuous improvement—while recommending process enhancements that deliver real value to users and stakeholders. Responsibilities Salesforce Development Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware Implement and manage Salesforce security and access controls Support Salesforce administration activities as needed Technical Leadership Provide technical guidance and training to less-experienced developers Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Ensure applications meet required security and compliance standards System Maintenance & Optimization Perform regular system maintenance, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement Document technical designs, configurations, and code Work within an Agile development environment Qualifications ~3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience ~ Strong proficiency with the Salesforce platform ~ Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization ~ Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns ~ Knowledge of Salesforce security and access controls ~ Experience working in Agile development environments ~ Strong problem-solving and communication skills ~ Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or II) strongly preferred ~ Experience with Salesforce Administration ~ Bonus experience with tools such as Power BI, JIRA, OmniScripts/Vlocity, MuleSoft, or GitHub Additional Information Employment may be contingent on background checks and standard onboarding requirements Work is primarily office-based or hybrid, depending on team needs and project requirements The role involves standard office activities; no special physical demands are required
