Foodservice Worker - Cafeteria - Part Time | Location: Phoenix, AZ 85085 Hourly Pay: $17-20 per hour| Part Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm Job Summary As a Foodservice Worker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests during designated dining hours. This role ensures a refined dining experience by adhering to high service standards, maintaining professionalism, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with the organization's values and expectations What You'll Do

• Greet members and guests promptly and courteously upon arrival
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
• Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor tables and anticipate member needs throughout the dining experience
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after meals
• Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and stocked
• Handle member complaints or concerns with discretion and professionalism
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow all club policies, health regulations, and safety standards
• Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas for events or private functions
• Maintain a high level of member satisfaction and personalized service

What You Will Bring

• Be 18 years or older
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience with one-on-one customer service interaction
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to speak Mandarin a huge plus!
• ServSafe® Certification and State Food Handlers Card
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Physical and Sensory Requirements • This job involves regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and a kitchen environment with fumes, airborne particles, and moderate noise. Employees must have the physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift trays, and perform repetitive tasks.
