Join our creative production team at Christopher's Reason thrift store Rise & Thrive Threads We are a fast-growing thrift store looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Embroidery and T-Shirt Production Specialist.

As an Embroidery and T-Shirt Production Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that every product is of the highest quality and meets company standards. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment that requires the candidate to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain GTX Pro Brother Machine.
  • Operate and maintain the Ricoma Embroidery machine.
  • Set up embroidery designs and ensure precise placement on apparel.
  • Monitor production to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any machine issues or design problems.
  • Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage and organize inventory of threads, fabrics, and other materials.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ensure all products meet company quality standards before shipment.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience operating GTX Pro Brother machine. 
  • Proven experience operating Ricoma Embroidery machine.
  • Strong understanding of embroidery techniques and design principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret design files and specifications.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with embroidery software.
  • Knowledge of garment construction and fabrics.
  • Previous experience in a production environment.
