As an Embroidery and T-Shirt Production Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that every product is of the highest quality and meets company standards. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment that requires the candidate to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain GTX Pro Brother Machine.
- Operate and maintain the Ricoma Embroidery machine.
- Set up embroidery designs and ensure precise placement on apparel.
- Monitor production to ensure quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any machine issues or design problems.
- Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage and organize inventory of threads, fabrics, and other materials.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards before shipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating GTX Pro Brother machine.
- Proven experience operating Ricoma Embroidery machine.
- Strong understanding of embroidery techniques and design principles.
- Ability to read and interpret design files and specifications.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with embroidery software.
- Knowledge of garment construction and fabrics.
- Previous experience in a production environment.
