ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Recruiting Coordinator, your focus is on supporting all aspects of the full lifecycle recruiting process in collaboration with our Recruiting Consultants, clients, and candidates. You can expect to help write job descriptions and manage job postings, source and screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and create, send, and collect offers and onboarding documents for our customers.
This person will be one of two primary contact points for our client's information related to candidates in the process, interview scheduling, and overall pipeline activity and metrics. There will be many different people to meet and work with so we look for candidates genuinely interested in your client’s teams and cultures and the needs of others. Our team is small and growing, so you can expect to wear many hats and take ownership of broader organizational initiatives to improve our operations and services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all recruiting-related matters, partnering closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from role intake and job description development through offer acceptance and onboarding support
Develop and manage job postings across appropriate channels to attract qualified, targeted talent
Source, screen, and assess candidates while building and maintaining strong, diverse talent pipelines
Coordinate and facilitate phone, video, and in-person interviews, ensuring an efficient and organized interview process
Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates and hiring managers, providing transparency throughout the recruiting lifecycle
Track recruiting activity and key performance metrics, delivering regular updates and insights to stakeholders
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
0-2 years relevant work experience in a corporate or agency recruiting position (extra points for technical or start-up environment)
Excellent customer service and confidence communicating with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Workable, Ashby, or LinkedIn Recruiter
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong bias toward action
Strong interest in and ability to understand technical concepts, tools, and roles
