Job Description:

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse and light facility operations for a small onsite team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable working independently, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and looks for ways to improve organization and efficiency during slower periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, package, and ship materials based on daily order volume
• Track inbound and outbound shipments using FedEx and UPS systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow
• Assist with light logistics coordination as needed
• Support basic facility upkeep, including minor maintenance tasks

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of warehouse experience (distribution preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with shipping and tracking systems (FedEx/UPS)
