About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President/Vice President for Investor Relations to join their distinguished real estate private equity firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for the marketing and servicing of the company's real estate funds to the institutional marketplace. This pivotal role involves overseeing the creation of all investor-related correspondence and presentations, managing the end-to-end process for developing marketing collateral, and ensuring the timely production of all deliverables for investor and consultant information requests. The role also includes analyzing the competitive landscape, maintaining the firm's information on the corporate website, and supporting the creation and organization of marketing and investor presentation materials. The candidate will be expected to provide exemplary client service, facilitate the management of investor legal documentation, and assist with the planning of investor meetings and conferences.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years' of professional experience in the investment management industry, with a strong preference for those with experience in real estate investment management, capital markets, research, and investor relations. The role requires a sharp, confident multi-tasker who is highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in creating high-level presentations and graphics using PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, and have a goal-oriented work ethic with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, energetic, and professional approach to interactions are essential. An ownership mentality and an action-oriented, self-starting attitude are also key qualifications for this position.
