The Company is a prominent private equity investment firm with a significant focus on media, communications, education, and technology sectors. They are in search of a Senior Associate or Vice President to join their Valuation and Strategic Analysis team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with valuation analysis across a diverse range of portfolio companies, preparing financial materials for reporting and fundraising, supporting new fund launches, and addressing investor due diligence requests. The role also involves creating various ad hoc reports for different departments, including senior leadership.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics, with an MBA being ideal but not mandatory. The role requires 2-3 years of experience for the Senior Associate level and 5-7 years for the VP level. Strong Excel skills are essential, as are strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities. The candidate must be capable of working independently and interacting with all levels of the business.
