About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Sales to take on a senior leadership role with a focus on enterprise revenue growth in North America and international markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and executing the enterprise sales strategy, with a particular emphasis on large, complex fintech and payments deals. This hands-on and highly strategic position involves driving new business, expanding enterprise relationships, and building long-term commercial partnerships across various verticals. The VP of Sales will also be expected to lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, represent the company at global events, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
Applicants for the VP of Sales role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of B2B or B2C enterprise sales experience within fintech, payments, or financial services. A proven track record of closing large-scale deals, ideally $3M+ annually, and experience selling to multinational enterprises with complex payment or payout needs are essential. The role requires a candidate with an existing network in the fintech and payments ecosystem, as well as the willingness to travel, including internationally.
